  • Worldline the European leader in the payments and transactional services industry and #4 player worldwide
  • As part of the clearance from the European Commission for Worldline’s acquisition of Ingenico provided on 30 September 2020
  • Committed to divest part of Ingenico merchant acquiring businesses in Austria and in Belgium
  • In that respect Worldline signed sale and purchase agreements with two purchasers for these merchant acquiring businesses
  • The Ingenico POS acquiring activities in Austria operated through PAYONE sold to an affiliate of Global Payments
  • Worldline’s POS acquiring activities in Belgium and Luxembourg, mostly originated from Ingenico sold to Axepta BNP Paribas Benelux
