- WealthCo Asset Management and Duco Partnership:
- WealthCo Asset Management in Canada has entered into a partnership with Duco, leveraging Duco’s cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to automate manual data tasks.
- WealthCo aimed to achieve operational efficiency through a unified platform for managing reconciliations related to price, positions, trades, and cash. Scalability was a crucial factor in selecting Duco’s technology.
- Duco’s platform replaces spreadsheets in wealth asset management, insurance operations, and finance at WealthCo, enabling the asset manager to establish automated processes that are scalable regardless of volume.
- The implementation of Duco’s technology allows WealthCo to leverage end-user automation, reducing total cost of ownership, minimizing risk, and improving efficiency in reconciliation and other data integrity tasks.
- Jeanne Oppenheim, Chief Operating Officer at WealthCo, notes that Duco’s platform enables the consolidation of previously manual tasks across different platforms, providing scalable, transparent controls and enhanced auditability as the company expands.
- The partnership is expected to free up time for WealthCo to focus more on client interactions.
