- Margaret Weichert has been appointed as the new Chief Product Officer (CPO) at US payments company The Clearing House (TCH).
- Weichert brings over 20 years of experience in banking and payments, having previously worked at Accenture, the US Government Office of Management and Budget, EY, Fiserv, and Bank of America.
- In her new role, she will lead product development for TCH’s payment networks, including RTP, CHIPS, ACH, and cheque clearing, with a focus on growing the RTP network.
- David Watson, the president and CEO of TCH, believes Weichert’s extensive experience with financial institutions, fintechs, and technology providers will benefit the company’s expansion in the payments industry.
- TCH has recently made several executive appointments, including Sheffali Welch as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in August and David Watson as CEO in January.
