Technology Metals: Launch a $2.1M capital raise

  • Technology Metals Australia (TMT) has received commitments to raise $2.1M via the placement of 19.5 million fully paid ordinary shares
  • The placement is equal to the last closing price of Technology’s shares on January 28
  • Then the capital raise is mostly to develop the company’s Gabanintha Project in Meekatharra
  • And the company board intends on purchasing up to 550,000 of the issued shares, raising $60,500
  • The shares will be sold at 11 cents each, equal to the last closing price on January 15 2020
  • Technology is up a healthy 18.2 percent, trading at 13 cents each
