Strata-X Energy: Closes tranche 2 of placement
- Oil and gas explorer Strata-X Energy (SXA), has closed the second tranche of its private placement
- The company also raised the money by issuing 6.4 million units at a price of 5 cents per unit in the second tranche
- Together, with the first tranche Strata-X has raised $875,000
- Majority of the funds will be used for the new Venus Project in the Surat Basin of Queensland
- Additionally, Strata-X has appointed long-time secretary, Duncan Cornish as a Non-Executive Director
- Then the company shares remain flat and are trading for 5.5 cents each
