Splitit Payments Signs partnership deal with Worldline

  • Splitit Payments (SPT) signs a partnership agreement with Worldline to deliver an integrated instalment payments solution
  • The partnership will initially launch with the North American processing platform, with plans to explore further geographic expansion
  • The agreement is for an initial three years and will be automatically renewed unless terminated by either company
  • The integration is hoped to reduce the “clutter and confusion” of multiple payment logos at checkout, ensuring brand consistency and driving repeat purchases for merchants
  • Shares in the company last traded at 17 cents at 3:20 pm AEDT
