- The round was led by Sequoia Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Andrew Reed, partner at Sequoia, joined Sourcegraph’s Board of Directors
- The company, which has raised a total of $98m in funding to date, will use the new capital to expand its team and the adoption of Universal Code Search
- The company signed some of the world’s largest brands in 2020, including 26 major enterprise customers
- Users include Amazon, Atlassian, Capital One, Lyft, PayPal, Uber, Yelp, and many others
- The company also backed by Craft Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, and Goldcrest Capital
