Security Matters: Raises an additional $1.5M

  • Blockchain company Security Matters (SMX) has completed an additional $1.5 million placement
  • This  a result of the strong interest received from investors during the oversubscribed $5M placement from earlier this month
  • More than four million shares issued to investors at a price of 34 cents each
  • This allows identification, proof of authenticity, quality assurance, and supply chain tracking
  • On market close Security Matter’s is down 17.7 per cent and shares are trading for 28 cents each
  • The additional capital raised further validate the commercial strengths and scale of global opportunities for Security Matters’ technology
