Cross-border settlement fintech RTGS.global has appointed Jarrad Hubble as its permanent CEO, following his tenure as interim CEO since February. Additionally, Marcus Treacher has been named the new executive chair of the company.

  • Jarrad Hubble, who previously served as the interim CEO of RTGS.global, has been appointed as the permanent CEO. He took over the role in February, succeeding Dave Sissens, who stepped down for personal reasons. Sissens continues to be an active advisor to the company.
  • Hubble joined RTGS in April of the previous year as the chief commercial officer. He brings more than 15 years of experience in fintech and investment banking to the table. Prior to joining RTGS, Hubble held senior positions at Trade Ledger, NatWest, RBS, and Currencies Direct.
  • Marcus Treacher, who has been a member of the RTGS board for two years, has taken on the newly created role of executive chair. In this position, he will support Hubble and the executive team as the company aims to scale. Treacher’s extensive experience includes serving on the boards of ClearBank, Nium, Swift, and CHAPS Clearing Company, as well as holding senior roles at HSBC and Citi.
  • Stan Spavold, who has chaired the RTGS.global board since the company’s inception, will continue to be a key member of the board in the future.
  • RTGS has expanded its operations into the Americas and Asia Pacific regions over the past year. During this expansion, the company claims to have doubled its staff headcount.
