QphoX Raises €2M in Funding
- QphoX a Delft, The Netherlands-based company quantum transduction company, raised €2m in funding
- The round was led by Quantonation, Speedinvest and High-Tech Grunderfonds, with participation from TU Delft
- The company intends to use the funds to develop reasearch into a commercial product that will serve as the gateway to the quantum internet
- The platform has developed the Quantum Modem, a device that will allow quantum computers to talk to one another by leveraging “quantum internet.”
- The company will develop the Quantum Modem it conceived at Delft University of Technology into a commercial product
- By networking separate processors together, the modem will let quantum computers scale beyond 10’s or 100’s of qubits
