  • New COO Appointment: Pierre-Yves Guegan has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the French banking group, Crédit Commercial de France (CCF Group).
  • CCF Group Background: Formerly operating under the My Money Group brand, CCF Group offers a wide range of financial services, including specialized financing, credit consolidation, and, following its recent acquisition of HSBC’s regional retail banking unit, current accounts and savings products.
  • Guegan’s Responsibilities: In his new role as COO, Guegan will leverage his over 20 years of industry experience to oversee CCF’s newly restructured operations across all aspects of its expanded business.
  • Previous Experience: Prior to joining CCF Group, Guegan held various positions at UniCredit, including Head of Retail Digital Channels for Central and Eastern Europe, and Head of Retail for the same region. He also served as CEO of consumer financing and Deputy CEO/COO of customer business development, digital, and innovation for RN Bank in Russia. Earlier in his career, he held positions at BNP Paribas, including Risk and Operations Director and COO.
