NorthWall Capital Partners with Broadridge:

  1. Partnership Announcement:
    • Private capital solutions provider NorthWall Capital has selected Broadridge Financial Solutions to enhance the management and operation of its private debt portfolio and credit offering.
  2. Selection of Sentry Loan Portfolio Management Solution:
    • NorthWall Capital will leverage Broadridge’s Sentry loan portfolio management (PM) solution to streamline its investment operations and strengthen its technology infrastructure.
  3. Sentry Loan Portfolio Management Solution:
    • Sentry is a web-based solution that manages deal pipelines and borrower financials, analyzes risk and return scenarios, creates reusable covenant rules, aggregates data across different strategies and portfolios, and monitors compliance issues.
  4. Broadridge’s Asset Management Technology Suite:
    • Broadridge has been offering the Sentry solution as part of its asset management technology suite since its acquisition of fintech ClearStructure in November 2019.
  5. Automation and Transformation in Private Credit Industry:
    • According to Mike Sleightholme, President of International and Head of Asset Management Solutions at Broadridge, Sentry is enabling transformation in the private credit industry by automating critical investment management functions.
  6. Recent Agreements by Broadridge:
    • Broadridge has recently entered into agreements with financial institutions, including Danske Bank selecting its trading and market-making solution Tbricks in January, and CGS International choosing its Securities Finance and Collateral Management (SFCM) platform earlier this month.
