NET Credit Union selects Bankjoy for digital onboarding solution

  • NET Credit Union, located in Scranton, Pennsylvania, has partnered with Bankjoy to implement an online and mobile onboarding solution for new customers.
  • The collaboration aims to streamline the onboarding process, making it faster and more efficient, in an effort to acquire new members and increase deposits.
  • Bankjoy’s solution enables new customers to open an account in just 90 seconds and verify their identity through ID upload and selfie matching, accessible via mobile, online, or in-branch channels. NET Credit Union has the flexibility to customize the account opening experience according to its preferences.
  • The solution will seamlessly integrate with the credit union’s Alkami digital banking platform, allowing existing members to open additional accounts quickly.
  • Clarence Baltrusaitis, CEO of NET Credit Union, acknowledges the importance of providing a modern and user-friendly digital experience to meet the expectations of today’s consumers. The new onboarding experience is seen as a way to foster relationships within the community and attract and convert new members.
