MTN: Announces appointment of new Digital and Fintech CTIO

- Tischendorf joins from 4Finance Group, where he served as chief technology officer (CTO)
- Tischendorf work to improve the firm’s mobile payments platform, with a focus on customer engagement
- He will also be responsible for developing new products and services, building out the nascent ecosystem
