MPower: Spends March quarter revamping strategy
- Australian power technology company MPower (MPR) spent the March quarter focused on new projects and revamping its strategy
- In January, the company began working on two new solar farm projects with a generation capacity of 5MWac each
- MPower also executed a $4 million contract for the full design and construction of the first 5MWac solar farm with Astronergy in South Australia
- It also completed construction and commissioning of the Mannum Solar Farm Project
- However, MPower also sold some businesses that no longer align with its aspirations
- MPower now focused on higher-margin projects that utilise its capabilities and track record
