Mineral Commodities: Completes DFS to increase ownership of Munglinup Graphite
- Mineral Commodities (MRC) has moved to increase its ownership of the Munglinup Graphite Project from 51 to 90 per cent
- The study estimated an average graphite concentrate production of 52 kilotons per annum, grading 12.8 per cent total graphite carbon
- MRC intends to develop the mine also to produce graphite concentrate for supply to the battery anode market
- Mineral Commodities has also now issued an earn-in notice to joint venture partner Gold Terrace to acquire the additional 39 per cent
- Then the company will need to pay a consideration of $800,000 and issue 30 million shares to Gold Terrace
- Mineral Commodities is up 1.69 per cent today, with shares trading for 30 cents each
