  • Lumafield, a Cambridge, Mass.-based developer of X-ray CT technology, raised $35M in Series B funding
  • The round was led by Spark Capital with participation from Lux Capital, Kleiner Perkins, Data Collective, and Future Shape
  • The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand development efforts
  • Led by CEO Eduardo Torrealba, the platform has developed a X-Ray CT scanner for engineers
  • The company also announced the appointment of Victoria Holt and Santo Politi to the company’s Board of Directors
