  • The round, which valued the company at $450m and brings total funding to $132m, was led by Goodwater Capital
  • The company intends to use the funds to launch its app’s marketplaces in vehicle financing, repair, warranties, parking, maintenance, and additional money-saving services
  • The company provides an AI- and machine-learning-based service for comparing and buying car insurance which currently serves more than 1 million customers as a licensed insurance broker in all 50 states
  • The company is headquartered in Palo Alto, operates offices in Toronto and Lockport, NY, and employs remote staff
