IntelliHR: Completes $2.74M placement with Colinton Capital Partners

  • HR company IntelliHR (IHR) has completed a $2.74M share placement with Colinton Capital Partners
  • IntelliHR issued 36.5 million also shares at a price of 7.5 cents per share
  • Then the issue brings Colinton Capital’s interest in IntelliHR to 19.9 per cent, making it the company’s largest shareholder
  • The capital will fund domestic and international growth as well as continued research and development
  • Finally, the placement will also fund product development as well as operating and working capital
  • Shares in IntelliHR are trading 31.2 per cent higher, worth 8 cents apiece
