Infratil: Looks to raise NZ$300M

  • Infrastructure company Infratil  is looking to raise NZ$300 million (roughly A$281.46 million) to fund its growth
  • This money will also raised through a NZ$250 million (around A$234.55 million) placement and a NZ$50 million (approximately A$46.91 million) share purchase plan
  • For the placement, a total of 52.5 million shares will issued to institutional investors at a price of NZ$4.76 (about A$4.50) each
  • In regards to the share purchase plan, eligible shareholders will be able to purchase up to NZ$50,000 (approximately A$47,000) worth of shares
  • Once the placement and share purchase plan both completed, Infratil will have NZ$514 million (roughly A$482.23 million) in total liquidity
  • Infratil is steady on the market and shares are trading for $4.81 each just before market close
