ICYMI fintech funding round-up: Zūm Rails, Pulsate, Monite, Spektr and more

  • Montreal-based payments software vendor Zūm Rails has raised $10.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Arthur Ventures. Zūm Rails plans to use the funds to expand its solution with the addition of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and other capabilities.
  • TIFIN, an AI wealth and asset management platform, has secured a $10 million investment from SEI. The investment will help TIFIN enhance and personalize client experiences, supporting business growth.
  • Pulsate, a US-based provider of a mobile-first personalized customer engagement platform, has raised $7.75 million in a Series A funding round led by TruStage Ventures and Curql Collective. The funds will be used to accelerate growth and expand the team.
  • Berlin-based B2B embedded finance tech vendor Monite has raised an additional $6 million in its seed round, bringing the total seed funding to $16 million. Monite plans to consolidate its position in the European embedded finance market and expand its footprint in the US.
  • Danish fintech Spektr has raised €5 million in a seed funding round led by Northzone, Seedcamp, and PreSeed Ventures. Spektr provides a no-code compliance platform for companies to automate risk procedures and resolve alerts.
  • Parlay, a US-based embedded software fintech, has closed a $1.3 million pre-seed funding round led by Fenway Summer. The funds will support Parlay’s mission to partner with community banks and credit unions to extend more loans to small businesses.
