  • Prestedge is a veteran banker with experience in strategic reviews, corporate governance, digital transformation, and sustainability.
  • His previous roles include deputy CEO at Nationwide Building Society and Santander UK, where he led private banking and consumer finance.
  • Prestedge is expected to drive CIB’s transformation towards more accessible and digital financial solutions for customers.
  • He will step down from his current role as global head of banking and payments at Capco.
  • CIB also announced the appointment of Neveen Sabbour as non-executive chair and the reappointment of Hisham Ezz Al-Arab as CEO and board member.
