- The round was led by 468 Capital, joined by Uncorrelated Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Hack VC and a number of founders of high-profile developer platforms
- Led by Vlad A. Ionescu, founder and CEO, Earthly Technologies also provides a build automation tool for the post-container era
- It also allows users to execute builds in containers and make them self-contained, reproducible, portable and parallel
- Earthly used to create Docker images and regular artifacts (binaries, packages, arbitrary files)
- Then the company is working on upcoming cloud-based features like shared caching and highly parallel execution in a cluster
