Cooper Metals Completes RC drill program at King Solomon, northwest QLD
- Cooper Metals (CPM) completes a reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at the King Solomon prospect within its Mt Isa East copper-gold project in northwestern Queensland
- The company drilled 27 holes for 3463 metres at the prospect, with the holes drilled to a maximum downhole depth of 208 metres and an average downhole depth of 127 metres
- All drill samples have now been submitted to the Mouth Isa laboratory, and the company says it expects the first results in September
- Meanwhile, Cooper is continuing to progress its drill approval process through regulators for the nearby Python prospect
- Shares in Cooper Metals are down 3.26 per cent to 45 cents at 3:37 pm AEST.
