  • Conister Bank is an Isle of Man-based retail bank focused on the consumer and small business (SME) markets
  • Applied for a United Kingdom Branch Deposit Taking license on 25 October 2022 (the “Branch application”)
  • The Branch application, if approved by the Prudential Regulation Authority (“PRA”) and the FCA
  • Applying for a UK Branch banking license, however, is no guarantee of approval
  • It will be well-placed for future growth through its expanding Specialist Finance and Broker teams
