CommBank: Partners with the National Disability Insurance Agency

- To build a new claims point of support channel for the National Disability and Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- The new claims at the ‘point of support’ (C-POS) channel aims to enable participants and as appropriate their families
- The new C-POS channel will be developed to improve the payment process
- This new channel will not replace the way providers and participants make claims
