- Clean TeQ Water (CNQ) secures the option to acquire rapid dewatering technology to solve mining waste issues
- The company executed an exclusive global technology licence agreement with Soane Labs to use its ATA technology, which will allow it to purchase the technology within 18 months of signing
- The ATA technology was developed as a mine-tailings treatment to rapidly separate water and solids to produce stackable tailings and recycled water
- During this period, CleanTeQ will conduct due diligence on technology by initiating a pilot-scale demonstration to validate the performance and economics of the technology
- Shares are trading 5.98 per cent higher today at 62 cents each at 2:26 pm AEST
