Bounce: Raises $105M To Expand In India
- Bangalore based startup Bounce has confirmed that it has raised $105M in it’s latest funding round
- Currently, it operates over 15,000-17,000 electric bikes and gasoline docked bikes in nearly 36 Indian cities
- The team will use the funding to expand the firm in India and build its own electric vehicles to push profitability
- The new financing round, Series D, has been led by the investor Eduardo Saverin’s B Capital and Accel Partners India
- The valuation of Bounce has excessed to $500M, up from $200M last year
- Bounce, also known as Metro Bikes, allows customers to rent a bike from the given parking spots in the cities
