Boss Energy Completes Honeymoon FEED study, close to reaching FID

  • Boss Energy (BOE) completes a front-end engineering design (FEED) study for its Honeymoon uranium mine in South Australia
  • The FEED study reaffirms the cost estimates outlined in a feasibility study last year which included a decrease in all-in sustaining costs and an increased net present value
  • Importantly, the study’s completion means Boss is on the verge of reaching a final investment decision which is expected in May after its $120 million placement is complete
  • The company will then begin detailed engineering, procurement and construction works and first uranium is expected to be produced within 12 too 18 months
  • BOE shares are down 3.91 per cent to trade at $2.21
