Battery Minerals Completes drilling at Nine Mile & Kent Road

  • Battery Minerals (BAT) confirms previous results following the completion of drilling at two prospects within its Stavely-Stawell Copper-Gold project in Victoria
  • At the Nine Mile and Kent Road prospects, BAT has completed 5,737 metres of aircore drilling, with a total of 9,210 metres completed as part of the whole 15,000 metre program
  • The most recent results from Nine Mile reportedly complement earlier findings and confirm a 1,600 metre long 0.1 gram per tonne gold anomaly
  • Drilling at the Kent prospect encountered disseminated sulphides and the company expects to see gold and multi-element results reported in the March 2022 quarter
  • Shares were trading 7.7 per cent higher at 1.4 cents
