    • The acquisition includes AP Matching’s managed services division, which specializes in automated invoice processing and managed data capture services for SAP customers.
    • Basware expects the integration to enhance its solution for invoice capture, validation, and integration with existing ERP systems.
    • Jason Kurtz, CEO of Basware, highlights that the acquisition will enable CFOs to enhance their AP automation processes and increase the accuracy of financial recording.
    • This move follows Basware’s previous acquisition of Irish fintech Glantus to bolster its AI-driven overpayment and fraud detection capabilities.
