Aviatrix: Raises $75M in Series D Funding

  • Aviatrix, a Santa Clara, Calif.-based cloud network platform, raised $75m in Series D funding
  • The round, which brings total financing to $151m, was led by General Catalyst with participation from new investors
  • In conjunction with the funding, Quentin Clark from General Catalyst will be joining the company’s Board of Directors
  • The company intends to use the funds to scale sales, partner channels, customer support, and product development organizations
  • Aviatrix provides a cloud network platform that delivers advanced networking, security and operational visibility
  • More than 400 customers worldwide use it to design, deploy and operate a repeatable network and security architecture that is consistent across any public cloud
