- Australian Potash (APC) has received a Ministerial Statement for the Lake Wells Sulphate of Potash Project in Western Australia
- The application approved from the Minister for Environment
- The approval means Australian Potash can now proceed to gain the licences and permits required to commence the development of the project
- Lake Wells is located 500 kilometres northeast of Kalgoorlie, in the Eastern Goldfields
- Managing Director and CEO Matt Shackleton says this is a significant milestone
- On the market this afternoon, Australian Potash is up 3.03 per cent and is trading at 17 cents per share
