Australasian Metals Completes acquisition of Barrow Creek lithium project

  • Australasian Metals (A8G) finalises its acquisition of a 90 per cent interest in the Barrow Creek lithium project from Prodigy Gold (PRX)
  • It will see the company pick up five tenements covering 880 square kilometres in the northern Arunta pegmatite province in the Northern Territory
  • Australasian paid $150,000 in cash for the project
  • The company says it will interpret data over coming weeks to identify high-priority drill targets for the nearby Mt Peake lithium project
  • A8G shares down four per cent lower to 48 cents
