  • The authorization covers the full scope of Elavon’s operations, including investment services and payment processing.
  • Elavon, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, has over three decades of experience in global payments, operating in 10 countries and employing over 4,300 people.
  • The company’s new authorization allows it to continue providing its existing services in the UK through the Temporary Permissions Regime. It will operate in the UK under a Third Country Branch banking license while remaining under the regulatory oversight of its primary regulator, the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).
