- Ross brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to MoneyGram from his previous role at Ceridian, where he served as General Manager of its Dayforce Wallet solution and consumer services.
- He led the development of the on-demand wage access consumer app and played a key role in its rollout into new B2C markets globally.
- Previously, Ross led Green Dot’s Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) business, and held multiple leadership roles at American Express.
- MoneyGram CEO Alex Holmes said that Ross is a seasoned leader with experience in building and scaling customer-centric digital offerings, and significant experience in tech innovation and embedded financial services.
- As digital transactions now account for over 50% of MoneyGram’s money transfer business, Holmes said that Ross’s appointment couldn’t come at a more fitting time.
- Ross will be responsible for leading MoneyGram’s direct-to-consumer business and global digital strategy.
