Patrys Receives new $100k research grant for metastatic breast cancer

  • The Victorian government awards Patrys (PAB) a $100,000 Victorian Medical Research Acceleration Fund (VMRAF) grant to support research for metastatic breast cancer
  • The grant will go to the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Research Institute (ONJCRI) which will look at the potential to incorporate PAT-DX1 and PAT-DX3 into new treatments
  • The program will evaluate the ability of the company’s flagship drugs to control tumour growth and metastasis in preclinical models of breast cancer
  • This is the second grant Patry s and ONJCRI have been awarded to support development efforts of PAT-DX1
  • Shares in the company are up 8.33 per cent to trade at 2.6 cents at 3:35 pm AEST
