  • Sestra Systems, a Sterling, VA-based smart, cloud-connected dispensing company, raised $15m in financing
  • The backers were not disclosed
  • The company will use the funding to scale its sales & operations teams, accelerating growth and expanding into new markets
  • Led by Lev Volftsun, CEO, SestraSystems brings the internet of things to beverage dispensing
  • Its cloud-connected technology includes the TapWise dispensing solution for any product, any dispenser, and any container
  • TapWise also includes new touchless solutions that use sensors to detect and analyze objects and movement in 3D
