- Beam Communications (BCC) has signed an agreement with Catch.com.au to sell its Zoleo messaging device on the site just in time for retail’s biggest season
- Catch owned by consumer giant Wesfarmers (WES) and is the second-largest Australian online retailer
- Zoleo is a remote communication tool which can send messages outside of the normal mobile reception range and is suitable for remote areas
- During the holiday season, there’s expected to be an increase in rural and remote holidays due to the current border restrictions
- As a result, there could increased demand for a product like Zoleo
- On the market today, Beam is up 1.82 percent and is trading at 28 cents per share
