Pricefx: Raises $65M in Series C Financing
- Pricefx, a German provider of a cloud-native pricing software platform, raised $65m in Series C funding
- The round, which brings total raised to date to $130m, also led by funds advised by Apax Digital, the growth equity team of Apax Partners
- Concurrent with this investment, Mark Beith, Partner of Apax Digital, and Daniel O’Keefe, Managing Partner of Apax Digital, will join Pricefx’s supervisory board
- The company will also use the new funding to expand and solidify its global market leadership position, accelerate product innovation
- Led by Marcin Cichon, CEO and co-founder, Pricefx also provides a suite of cloud-based pricing software tools
- In May, the company acquired French market leader Brennus Analytics
