CGS International in Singapore taps Broadridge for securities finance platform

  • CGS International, a Singapore-based financial services provider, has selected Broadridge’s Securities Finance and Collateral Management (SFCM) platform to enhance its securities finance offering.
  • Broadridge’s SFCM platform is a front-to-back Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution designed for buy and sell-side securities lending, repo, and collateral trading markets.
  • The platform aims to automate processes, streamline workflows, and minimize costs for CGS International.
  • The company, a joint venture between China Galaxy International and CIMB Group, provides brokerage, investment banking, and financial advisory services across 15 markets in Asia.
